I believe that children should develop healthy habits that they will carry on into adulthood. To this end, I have written two children’s books. One is entitled “Josh and Joey’s Incredible Museum Adventure.” This book is a delightful museum adventure that teaches about health and nutrition in an entertaining fashion. It is intended to be enjoyed by children ages 7-10. The other, entitled “The Lost Ugew” is also an exciting adventure book that is interactive and filled with fun puzzles. It too imparts lessons of health and nutrition as well as teaches a lot about the amazing human body. It was meant to be enjoyed by children around ages 8-11.
I have also written a book that is part memoir and part self-help. In this work, I recount numerous personal experiences that served as life lessons. Additionally, within its pages, I share many of my perspectives on health and wellness.
